New Construction
This home was initially built to be a clubhouse for the development, but then mid-construction was altered to be a home. So there were many challenges to make it not feel ‘commercial’. We added tons of soft art, lots of greenery and engaging figures and attractions. Once completed, we began our incorporating soft furnishings and textiles to soften the rock that was so prevalent inside and out.
Mountainside Masterpiece
Being set in the mountains, one must pay homage to incorporating that aesthetic into the interior of the home. The open floor plan of this home is so perfect for entertaining and making it functional brought it life in a perfect way!
